BIFFL- owned by the Government of Bangladesh, represented by the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, and a leading Non-Bank Financial Institution in Bangladesh- is inviting applications from competent, dynamic and technology-driven professionals for the position of Junior Officer to enhance our Information Technology team and support the organization’s growing technological needs.

Position: Junior Officer (IT and MIS)

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Computer Science & Technology or related subject from any reputed institute.
  • Diploma with Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer & IT related subject will get preference.
  • No 3rd division/class (equivalent GPA/CGPA) in any academic result is acceptable.

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bengali.
  • Knowledge of Network Device Management, Network Technologies, and Server Management will be considered an added advantage
  • Proficiency in computer networks and expertise in troubleshooting IT-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Tk. 33,000 (Gross) per month
  • Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), Insurance, Festival Bonus, and other benefits and allowances.
