Responsibilities & Context

  • Playing an active role in formulating the internal Audit plan with appropriate risk based and implementing the plan.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and established control protocols.
  • Focuses on operational areas such as sales, delivery, inventory and returns.
  • Ensures operational processes align with company policies and procedures.
  • Examine financial and operational documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos, to validate accuracy and integrity.
  • Reconcile documentation with actual inventory, assets, and financial data to identify discrepancies.
  • Review internal control systems and recommend for improvements.
  • Evaluate best financial practices and suggest improvements to align with industry standards and company objectives. 
  • To ensure that the audits reports are accurate, match the audit objective, and contain recommendations.
  • To coordinate and communicate with the Department Head’s regarding Audit issues.
  • Ability to keep documents, study and internet data and make report.
  • Strong analytical skills that help observe, evaluate and draw inferences.
  • Prepare different monthly report and weekly report.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time.

Requirements

Education

  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master’s/ MBA in Accounting with good academic result.
  • CA course completed (CACC) from any reputed CA firm.    

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements: Age at least 30 years
