Key Requirement

• Develop and manage client portfolios with consistent engagement.
• Achieve monthly trading and client acquisition targets.
• Execute trades and provide market insights with strong customer focus.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, client documentation, and operational integrity.
• Support the team in growing institutional and retail client base.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed brokerage house.
• Strong and active client base is mandatory.
• Must have valid authorization license from BSEC.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Business background preferred).
