Delta Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading life insurance Companies in Bangladesh, providing life insurance services by a team of highly-motivated and skilled professionals, invites applications from the deserving candidates for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Company’s different offices in the Divisional and District level:

General Conditions: After final selection, the personnel/Officers will be posted in Company’s Central Office and Divisional/ District level offices.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Probation period: 12 (Twelve) months.
  • Monthly Consolidated salary will be Tk. 30,000/- (Taka Thirty thousand) only during the probation period. After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed as Senior Executive Officer (SEO) in the regular pay scale of the Company.
  • Other fringe benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity fund, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonuses are available after confirmation.

Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in Business discipline/ Economics/English/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT from any Public or renowned Private University.
  • Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation and Post-Graduation level.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent in SSC & HSC level.

Additional Requirements

  • Age not exceeding 33 years as on May 01, 2025.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point is essential and using of software would be desirable.
