Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

• Implement a Sales Strategy to drive the sales process within a specific territory.
• Communicate with clients & sales staff being with them to ensure all issues are resolved quickly & successfully.
• Identify new areas of commercial growth for the existing products & make recommendation for future product development.
• Forecast sales revenue targets for each market & meet set targets.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience

• At least 1 year
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 45 years
• The candidate should be self- Motivated, Hardworking & achieve sales targets through guiding & supervising the field forces activities in anywhere in Bangladesh being physically present with them in the field .
• Applicant with 2-3 years running experience in the field of Medical promotion activities will get preference.
• Freshers are also encourage to apply.
