Responsibilities & Context

  • Regularly visit doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals to promote hospital services and strengthen relationships.
  • Actively participate in achieving periodic sales and patient volume targets (OPD & IPD) as set by the management.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing marketing strategies aimed at expanding the hospital’s reach and patient base.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community doctors across various medical institutions and private practices.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential referral sources to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities by engaging with pharmacies, general practitioners, specialists and diagnostic centers.
  • Create awareness of the hospital’s services and enhance its brand image through consistent outreach efforts.
  • Effectively communicate with corporate patients to understand their needs and align them with hospital offerings.
  • Maintain proper documentation of visits, meetings and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Submit reports and updates to the management as per the required timelines.
  • Take on any additional responsibilities or assignments provided by the management in line with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with doctors, patients, and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and focus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and adapt to varying work schedules based on operational needs.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and proactively find solutions in a dynamic and competitive healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
