Position: Officer/Senior Officer, Technology & General Procurement

Responsibilities & Context

  • Perform procurement activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) plans and related documents.
  • Review scopes of work and identify key cost elements.
  • Facilitate communication with vendors during the bidding process.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) through the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support the payment process and track vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Assist in cost optimization, risk management, and market analysis.
  • Contribute to digital transformation Initiatives within procurement practices.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Candidates with a technology background who are interested in Supply Chain are also encouraged.

Experience: 1 to 2 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks,Telecommunication,Manufacturing (FMCG),IT Enabled Service,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup.

  • Ability to execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to interpret impacts, solve problems and make critical decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong in optimizing processes to support business scalability.
