Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Relationship Manager, Medium Business.

Major Roles & Responsibilities for Relationship Manager:

• Booking new medium enterprise borrowers for loans and advances, L/C, bank guarantees etc.
• Sourcing low and no-cost SME deposits.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximize facility utilization and revenue.
• Ensuring timely loan repayment through collection efforts.
• Ensuring timely renewal of CC/OD & closely monitoring the borrowers.
• Cross-selling of different consumer banking products.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor/Honors, Minimum bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a UGC approved local or reputed foreign University.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Experience: At least 4 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SME Financing.
• Comfortable in multitasking and working with cross-functional issues/ teams.
• Must have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Microsoft Outlook.
