  • Housekeeping as per store operation guidelines.
  • Ask question, actively listen, and understand each customer needs to recommend relevant products.
  • Explaining product features, benefits and after-sales service clearly.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints swiftly and polietly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in inventory counts, display products and receiving stock.
  • Building connections by remembering regular customers, preferences and purchase history.
  • Ensuring sales floor is clean, safe and organized.
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless customer service, especially during busy period.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedback and sales activity.
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Presenting offers through demos, proposals and persuasive communication.
  • Recommending complementary or premium products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales value.

Qualifications Required: Higher Secondary

Additional Requirements: Age 18 to 30 years
