Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations in assigned units.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules effectively.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Handle patient and staff complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports as required.
• Collaborate with doctors, administrators, and other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

Experience: 10 to 11 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
