Position: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (MEP), Construction Operations

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise installation of electrical systems (substation, generator, lift, solar, CCTV, PABX, lighting, etc.) as per approved drawings.
• Review and provide feedback on electrical drawings; ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
• Monitor and inspect internal & external electrical wiring, slab conduiting, and temporary distribution systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of electrical works according to the project schedule.
• Prepare BOQ for major electrical items and support material requisition processes.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience: 8 to 12 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm,Real Estate,Group of Companies,Automobile,Developer
