Position: Sales Associate (Retail)

Job Context
ILLIYEEN is seeking an energetic, presentable, and motivated individual as a Sales Associate for the Display Centres of ILLIYEEN, the high-end retailer. The candidate should be experienced, a keen learner, a good improviser, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills. The individual will take on challenges and deliver consistent output with openness to learn and develop new skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure a confident and congenial entrance of customers into the Display Centre.
• Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns.
• Provide services in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.
• Maintain a professional demeanour with full understanding of organisational etiquette.
• Gain proper knowledge of the products and services.
• Recommend related products to increase customers’ options and enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle folding and packing processes.
• Ensure that the products are attractively displayed.
• Maintain the store and its cleanliness.
• Possess and reflect a positive attitude with focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Age: 20–24 years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Openness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
• Willingness to work on Fridays, government holidays, and extra hours when required.
• Ability to stay positive and motivated at all times.

Educational Requirements: Minimum H.S.C. or equivalent qualification.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
