Position: Executive – Medical Services Department

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical meetings and doctor group meetings
- Organise scientific seminars, clinical meetings, CME sessions, and workshops
- Provide scientific inputs in response to doctors’ queries on different topics/products
- Deliver basic training to field forces and colleagues
- Visit doctors to arrange scientific seminars, clinical meetings, CME sessions, and workshops
- Collaborate with doctors, marketing, and sales teams to develop scientific strategies to optimise products and development activities in the medical community
- Review and approve clinical trials, and coordinate research and educational grants while justifying company objectives and requirements through maintaining scientific and ethical protocols
Educational Requirements
- Age: At most 30 years
- Career-focused, proactive, and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Eager to take on challenges and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary professional team
- Willing to travel frequently across the country
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company
