Position: Social Media Moderator ( Intern)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure positive engagement and maintain community guidelines
• Post and schedule content regularly across platforms
• Collect and report feedback, insights, and updates to the team

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to work responsibly and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in social media management is a plus (not mandatory)
• Certifications or training in AI, Digital Marketing, Sales Techniques, CRM, or Communication Skills will be considered an added advantage

Work Type: Office/Remote

Duration: 4 Months
