Position: Management Trainee

Responsibilities & Context

  • Rotate through key departments, including Operations, Logistics, Category Management, Compliance, Finance, and Information Technology
  • Support managers with tasks, projects, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Analyse sales data, reports, and market trends to recommend improvements for business growth and profitability
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and lectures to strengthen professional and leadership skills
  • Visit Agora outlets and markets to gain retail industry knowledge and best practices

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience (preferably in Group of Companies)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
