Assistant Manager, Accounts | Fly Far International

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Oversee and ensure timely processing of payables and receivables in compliance with financial policies.
  • Budget Preparation & Cost Control: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses and help implement cost control measures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant legal regulations, tax laws, and audit standards.
  • Team Supervision: Support and guide junior accountants, review their work, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordination with External Auditors: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • ERP/Accounting Software Management: Maintain and update records using accounting software; ensure data accuracy and security.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CA-CC or partially qualified CMA/ACCA will be an advantage).

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Airline, Travel Agent, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 05 years of practical experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Strong understarding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
