Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) | Ghorer Bazar

Job Context
Manage the strategy and daily operations of the Marketing division, including Media Planning & Buying, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Brand management

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee monthly and yearly growth targets for Profit and Loss (P&L) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals
  • Organise and manage proof-of-concept campaigns using digital media marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Optimise return on investment for digital initiatives through performance marketing
  • Monitor shifts in marketing trends within the education sector and the broader digital marketing environment
  • Adjust marketing plans and resource allocation as required
  • Facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions for creative growth tactics, including offline and collaborative strategies
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendor partners to leverage expertise for campaign execution and strategy enhancement
  • Assess user experience across digital media platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Implement improvements based on analysis to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Explore and recommend online and offline marketing methods to expand audience reach and revenue streams
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Create and maintain a strong, recognisable brand identity
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Provide innovative ideas and thought leadership to drive growth

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: At least 30 years
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful e-commerce digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO, social media, web advertising, and graphics is an advantage
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining brand identity and consistency
  • Experience in leading and managing marketing teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Expertise in digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies, both digital and traditional
  • Experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies and vendor partners
