Territory Sales In-Charge | Petromax LPG

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for sales in assigned territory for both Cylinder Sales and Direct Delivery Sales
  • Work in the field to develop retail/end-user sales
  • Evaluate potential markets for expanding sales
  • Forecast and monitor sales volume
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Ensure market visits, gather information, and manage pricing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to manage branding and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with operations for warehouse and logistics management
  • Ensure Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards at assigned locations
  • Ensure compliance standards are upheld

Education: Bachelor/Honours degree

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • Applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, or Fuel/Petroleum
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a core field sales role
  • Experience in Gas, LPG, Cylinder, Fuel/Petroleum, or FMCG sales preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to conduct field visits for business expansion and customer retention
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
