Position: Demonstrator (Physics)

Area of Responsibilities
The Demonstrator (Physics) will:

  • Conduct physics practical classes for students of Classes Nine, Ten, Eleven, and Twelve.
  • Assess students’ classwork and homework copies and maintain proper records.
  • Maintain physics laboratory equipment and the register.
  • Guide students to be punctual and well-disciplined.
  • Motivate students to build strong character and uphold moral values, while correcting behaviours to help them become responsible citizens.
  • Adhere to the Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and all organisational policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc (Honours) in Physics (Master’s degree is preferable).
  • Minimum GPA 3.50 in SSC and HSC examinations, and a minimum CGPA 3.00 in B.Sc (Honours).
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a recognised school or college.
  • Must have IT knowledge and Bangla typing skills.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years (flexible for experienced candidates).

Salary

  • Consolidated salary: BDT 20,000.00 per month.

After a probation period of six months, upon confirmation, the incumbent will be entitled to the regular salary scale along with festival bonus, contributory provident fund, gratuity, children’s education allowance, and group insurance (death and accidental) as per the organisation’s policies.
