Position Purpose
The position is intended to assist the Head of HR & Admin in ensuring continuous monitoring of office administrative functions, security and safety operations, utility services, and coordination of systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and documentation, fuel efficiency, insurance claims, and vehicle movement, and ensure all BRTA-related documents are up to date.
- Manage and coordinate all services for Support Staff, Drivers, Security Services, and Cleaning Services.
- Oversee asset and facilities management, ensuring maintenance and repair of equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical systems at the Head Office.
- Supervise all agreements with tenants and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with service providers, and monitor administrative support provided to tenants of the Head Office building.
- Conduct annual supplier evaluations and recommend changes based on market competitiveness. Monitor inventory of office supplies, procure new materials, and verify office expenses in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitor overall security, process monthly payments for security service providers, oversee security surveillance, report incidents, and ensure timely action.
- Supervise Fire Safety Training and Drill procedures for the Head Office and maintain and update the Emergency Fire Evacuation Procedure in line with the company’s safety standards.
- Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functionality of the office premises.
Educational Qualification: BBA and MBA, or equivalent degree, from any reputed university.
Experience: 07 to 08 years of professional experience in a relevant area.
