Delta Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading life insurance Companies in Bangladesh, providing life insurance services by a team of highly-motivated and skilled professionals, invites applications from the deserving candidates for the following positions for Company’s different offices in the Divisional and District level.

Educational qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business discipline/ Economics/ English/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT from any Public or renowned Private University.
• Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation and Post-Graduation level.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent in SSC & HSC level.

2. Executive Officer (EO)

Educational qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation in any Public or renowned Private University.
• Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation level.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent in SSC & HSC level.

Other Requirements for both positions:

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on April 01, 2026.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point is essential and using of software would be desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

• Probation period: 12 (Twelve) months.
• For Management Trainee Officer monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 30,000/- (Taka Thirty thousand) only during the probation period. After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed as Senior Executive Officer (SEO) in the regular pay scale of the Company.
• For Executive Officer monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 20,000/- (Taka Twenty thousand) only during the probation period. After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed as Executive Officer (EO) in the regular pay scale of the Company.
• Other fringe benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity fund, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonuses are available after confirmation.
