Educational Qualifications & Experience

Associate Professor (Bangla):

• Excellent academic record (GPA ≥ 4.25 in SSC/HSC for science, ≥ 4.00 for others)
• Bachelor & Master’s: First Class / CGPA ≥ 3.50
• Must have PhD
• Minimum 7 years teaching experience (including 4 years as Assistant Professor)
• At least 10 publications (5 as first author)

Assistant Professor (English):

• Similar academic requirements
• Minimum 3 years teaching/research experience
• At least 5 publications (2 as first author)

Lecturer (Economics & Fine Arts):

• Strong academic background
• Bachelor & Master’s CGPA ≥ 3.50
• Publications required (if available must be attached)

Lecturer (Other Departments):

• Higher GPA requirement (SSC/HSC ≥ 4.50)
• Bachelor & Master’s CGPA ≥ 3.60
• Publications required (if available)

Important Notes

• Candidates must have completed Master’s results before applying
• Applicants in service must apply through proper authority
• Previous applicants (mentioned dates) may need/not need to reapply depending on condition
• Recruitment will follow university policy (available at website)
