Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. (SJIBPLC), a leading progressive Shariah based commercial bank is looking for smart, young, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking fresh post graduates as “Trainee Officer (General)” to fill some entry level positions of the Bank for the growing needs of its development.
Each Trainee Officer will be chosen based on the written test and subsequent interview by panel interviewers with the aim of ensuring that the right talent and only the best are inducted. The selected candidates will be given a comprehensive structured training program at our Training Academy, on the job training and job rotations in branches to acquaint them with different areas of the Bank that will help the Trainees to develop their required skills to excel in future responsibilities.
