Consultant/Specialist (Medicine) | SMC
Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seek a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbent will be recruited as part time basis initially for one-year period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance of the candidate.
SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre is providing outpatient services for general ailments and specialized services offered by Specialists. The major consultancy services include Medicine, Gynae & Obstetric, Cardiology, Paediatric, Orthopaedic, Eye, ENT and Skin & VD. SMC is looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Specialist at OPD of SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre, Khulna. The Specialist will Perform duty in the evening shift for a minimum of three hours, preferably starting from 6:00 PM, six days a week (except Friday). The Specialist will collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel for ensuring quality of services and patient satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBBS with FCPS/MD or relevant higher degree from recognized institution.
- Updated BMDC registration is essential (Consultants who are currently in service can also apply).
- At least 3 years’ experience in providing consultancy services in private hospitals/clinics.
- Able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure that doctor-patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Expert diagnostic skills, empathetic and compassionate.
- Effective communication skills
