
Health Technologist (Radiography) | icddr,b
The Health Technologist (Radiography) will report to the Research Investigator (RI). The position holder will perform all X-ray-related tasks (radiography and imaging) in the healthcare facilities, TB Screening and Treatment Centers (TBSTCs) or communities. The specific areas of responsibility include:
- Enter patient data and conduct required patient screening;
- Capture, upload, and process quality X-ray images using AI-supported software;
- Operate and maintain X-ray and related equipment and report technical issues;
- Conduct community X-ray campaigns with extensive field travel;
- Maintain individual X-ray records and required data in hard copy/software and conduct patient follow-up;
- Support health activities and perform other assigned project tasks.
Required qualifications and experiences:
- Minimum Diploma in Medical Technology (Radiology & Imaging).
- 3-years’ working experience in conducting X-rays; Candidates having experience with TB services, handling digital X-ray systems, and tele-radiology will be given preference.
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Contract Type and Duration:
Short-Term; duration will be 03 months with a possibility of extension, subject to availability of funds and performance.
Salary & Benefits:
Tk. 33,397/- per month (consolidated) inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances; Festival bonus, income tax paid by icddr,b and subsidized canteen. Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.
