Shironamhin is looking for an energetic, responsible, and skilled Band Manager who can play a key role in managing the band’s day-to-day operations, concerts, international tours, business communications, and production coordination.

Highlight your relevant experience, professional contacts, and work in music, artist management, or the event industry.

2. Forwarding Letter — Demonstrate Your Writing Skills

Prepare a formal forwarding letter briefly explaining:

• Why you want to become the Band Manager of Shironamhin.
• Your relevant experience and skills.
• Why you consider yourself suitable for this position.

Your language proficiency, drafting skills, professionalism, and ability to communicate formally will be evaluated.

3. Video Introduction — Show Your Communication Skills

Create an uncut video introduction of 1–3 minutes. Speak in your own words and explain:

• Why you want to work with Shironamhin.
• Your expectations and action plan as a Band Manager.
• Your understanding of the responsibilities and duties of this position.
• Your commitment and sense of responsibility in carrying out these duties effectively.

At the end of the video, add the band’s motion graphics obtained from Shironamhin’s official Facebook Page or YouTube channel. You must have the technical knowledge required to download and use these graphics.

Your speaking style, presentation skills, content planning, and basic ability to create promotional bytes, Shorts, and Reels will be assessed.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the main interview, where the detailed job description, work priorities, remuneration, and other benefits will be discussed.
