Intern – Network Operation Center

Requirements: Bachelor in Engineering (B.Engg) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Good academic record and networking concept.
• Ability to take on multiple assignments.
• Should be able to work extended hours when needed.

• Good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context

• Data Center Maintenance (Temperature, Humidity, Fire Safety, and UPS monitoring), Link/Nodes, Bandwidth, Network and Server device monitoring, and ISP communication.
• Network & Server devices Primary level Operation and troubleshooting.
• All type of configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Branch Office, CMS, WP, Mikrotik VPN server and primary support of Call Center and IP Telephony.
• WBS checklist entry and Report/Documentations Readiness.
