User and Community Engagement Executive

At 10 Minute School, we’re on the lookout for a User and Community Engagement Executive who is passionate about making a real difference in how learners experience education. This role involves gathering feedback through tele-interviews and face-to-face discussions, turning these insights into compelling stories and testimonials that showcase the impact of our courses. You will also manage our Facebook Communities and other social platforms, ensuring dynamic interaction and top-notch support for our community. Working closely with our Content, Product, and Content Management teams, you’ll help implement the improvements our users want to see. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele-interviews & In-person interviews to actively engage with learners to collect feedback and compelling testimonials that reflect their experiences and outcomes.
  • Generate feedback and stories into meaningful content and reports that drive brand enhancement and inform product development.
  • Implement generated insights & feedback from learner and instructor to existing products to directly address user needs and preferences.
  • Execute strategic initiatives based on feedback to improve course content, delivery, and learner satisfaction.
  • Drive user engagement activities to ensure users are getting a high value service from 10MS and they are willing to be a part of the ecosystem
  • Manage Facebook Communities to ensure customer engagement and provide required service
  • Collaborate with Content, Product and Content Management teams to execute learners’ suggestions and improvements of courses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any UGC approved university in the country.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with learners and instructors.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from complex feedback.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Experience in managing facebook groups
