What is it that scientists do? Most of us have this picture in mind: a person wearing a lab coat with untidy hair working with small, medium, and large beakers making potions which sometimes make explosions. That’s what the movie scientists do.
Of course real-world scientists work at labs but that’s not all they do, they also write research papers. And that is one of the most crucial aspects of conducting research.
Dear high schoolers, if you are interested in research, Youth Research Journal, a platform dedicated to fostering young talents, is here with a summer research programme for high school students.
Top US schools ask for research papers for undergraduate admission and there are various competitions for high schoolers to submit their research papers. So, the YRJ Research Programme is a great opportunity for high school students to gain experience in conducting research and writing research papers. Students who are selected for the programme will work with a mentor to develop their research proposal, collect data, and write a research paper.
Summer Research Programme 2024 offers students a 6-week long training to hone their skills and get ready for bigger opportunities.
