Position: Officer, Sales Proceed – Dulux Paints

Requirements
Education: Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for account statuses, and other problems.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining.
