Position: Intern – Information Technology (IT)

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Operations Intern to support our IT team during day-to-day operations. The role will focus on providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and assisting with troubleshooting and hardware/software issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in providing technical support to employees (both remote and on-site), including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Support IT asset management, including laptops, desktops, printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, ISP links, and LAN installations.
  • Assist with IT ticket management and respond to support requests promptly.
  • Help set up and support meeting rooms, town halls, and VIP events with audio-visual and IT requirements.
  • Participate in IT projects, providing logistical and technical support as needed.
  • Ensure all IT operations are carried out according to established processes and standards.
  • Maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

We are looking for:

  • B.Sc./ M.Sc. in CSE from any reputed university.
  • Candidates who completed all the courses and left with an internship are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy
