Education: BSc. in Food Engineering/ Chemistry
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage
Additional Requirements: Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context
- All activities related to syrup preparation.
- Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
- Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
- To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
- Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
- Participate as a team guide to solve hygiene, TPM and safety audit issues.
- Co-ordinate with various department & ensure smooth operations of the plant.
