Programme Features

• Duration: 1.5 to 2 years (51 credit hours, including a 3-credit thesis)
• Course Exemptions: MBA graduates and HR professionals may waive up to four courses
• Class Schedule: Fridays only

Admission Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent 2nd Class/Division
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum one year of work experience
  • Exemption from work experience for members of professional bodies (e.g. DCCI, BGMEA, DU Management HR Network, BIM)
  • Preference given to candidates from Banks and Financial Institutions

  • MCQ Test (3:00–4:00 PM): English, General Knowledge, Basic Management and HR Concepts
  • Written Test: Paragraph Writing
  • Viva Voce: 4:30–6:00 PM
