PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The MBA in Textile and Apparel Value Chain is a full-time 2 years (4 semesters) professional program, which is designed to meet the needs of the students who aims to develop their career as executives in the fields of different business areas as well as teaching and research positions in different educational institutions. Rules and regulations are designed within the general framework of Dhaka University regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with a minimum CGPA 2.50 or equivalent

Selection Criteria

• An admission test will be held for primary selection. Students will be selected based on their scores on admission tests, academic results, and professional experience.

Application Form Fee

• Payment of Tk. 1000/- to Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, at any Branch, A/C Name: ‘National Institute of Textile Engineering & Research’ A/C no.: 2701100002062 or at NITER Campus in Cash. The original payment receipt, properly filled forms along with all educational and experience certificates required to be submitted at the Office of the Registrar, NITER, Nayarhat, Savar, Dhaka

Tuition Fees For MBA

• Admission Fee (Once, in time of admission) – Tk. 25,000/-
• Tuition Fee (8 installments × 25,000/-) – Tk. 2,00,000/-
• Total Payment – Tk. 2,00,000/-

Tuition Fees For MSC

• Admission Fee (Once, in time of admission) – Tk. 15,000/-
• Tuition Fee (10 installments × 15,000/-) – Tk. 1,50,000/-
• Total Payment – Tk. 1,50,000/-

How to Apply?

• Qualified students have to pay the first installment at the time of admission
• Students will submit the duly filled-in Admission Form with the photocopy of following documents to the Office of the Registrar, NITER.
• Color Photographs (2 Copies; Passport Size)
• Attested copies of all Academic Certificates and Transcripts/Mark Sheets (2 Copies)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer (Applicable for students who are employed in corporate businesses or elsewhere).
• Income Certificate (Self/Parent/Legal Guardian) issued by proper authority.
• Migration Certificate (Applicable for Graduates from University/Institutions other than University of Dhaka)
• Evidences in support of the previous employments

Important Dates:

• Admission is Open from 07 November to 15 December 2022
• Date & Time of Admission Test: 30 December and 31 December at 10 am
• Venue of Admission Test: NITER Campus, Nayarhat, Savar, Dhaka
• Admission Test Result: Result will be published on 2 January on NITER website
• Admission: 6 – 31 January 2023
• Class Starts at 3 February 2023
