Metropolitan University E-Business Club hosts Lean Management Workshop

The Metropolitan University E-Business Club has successfully conducted a dynamic Lean Management Workshop on 31 July in Sylhet, engaging students in practical learning and industry-relevant tools. The full-day workshop introduced key lean principles including 7 Wastes, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Just-in-Time (JIT), Jidoka, and Kaizen, empowering students with hands-on skills to solve real-world business challenges.
The session was conducted by Engr. Anisul Hoque Ansari, a Global Award-Winning Leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, whose expertise sparked great interest and enthusiasm among participants.
The event was graced by respected academic leaders including the Chairman Emeritus, Chairman, Head of Department, Dean, and esteemed faculty members.
