The Business Standard and LEAD Academy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a year-long partnership to empower young professionals and students.
This collaboration aims to provide skill development opportunities through online education and media engagement.
Raiyan Rumman, chief marketing officer of LEAD Academy, and Shahed Latif, senior manager of Events and Activation at The Business Standard, signed the MoU on Monday on behalf of their respective organisations.
LEAD Academy, Bangladesh’s leading online learning platform, provides internationally accredited STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and upskilling courses across various skill domains.
According to a press release, LEAD Academy will offer exclusive six-month and one-year subscriptions to selected TBS Graduate Campus Representatives as part of this initiative, enabling them to enhance their skills through high-quality online courses.
The Business Standard supports students and young professionals by offering career resources, training, and networking opportunities through its youth engagement platform, TBS Graduates.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to upskilling the next generation of professionals,” said Raiyan Rumman. “By leveraging digital education, we aim to equip students with the tools they need to excel in their careers.”
Shahed Latif added, “We believe that access to quality learning resources is crucial for today’s students. This collaboration will bridge the gap between education and industry needs.”
The partnership, effective immediately, will enable both organisations to work towards fostering skill development and career growth in Bangladesh.
