The vampire horror film Sinners, directed by Ryan Coogler, has broken the record for the most Oscar nominations received by a single film, securing 16 nominations at the 98th Academy Awards and surpassing the previous record of 14 held by All About Eve, Titanic, and La La Land. The 98th Oscars ceremony will be held on 15 March.
