The workshop examined the evolving landscape of public relations in the era of artificial intelligence, offering participants practical insights into how AI is transforming storytelling, content creation, and strategic communication. The session was conducted by Dewan Shahnoor Alam Sourav, lecturer at the School of Social Science, ULAB, and adviser to PR4U.

During the session, participants were introduced to contemporary AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and data-driven communication strategies that are reshaping modern media practices. The workshop highlighted how technology can enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and strengthen audience engagement in public relations.

Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, attendees developed a deeper understanding of how to integrate artificial intelligence into professional communication while maintaining ethical standards and a human-centred approach to storytelling.

This initiative reflects PR4U’s ongoing commitment to equipping aspiring communication professionals with future-ready skills and practical knowledge in line with the rapidly evolving media landscape.
