Team Akash Pathabo from Bangladesh has made history by winning the Gold Medal in IT & Robotics at the World Invention Competition & Exhibition (WICE) 2025 in Malaysia, triumphing over 200+ international teams from 15 countries including South Korea, Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey.

Their winning project, Zephyron V3 “Bhoboghure”, is a multifunctional autonomous rover built for disaster response, environmental monitoring, and field research. The solar-powered “mobile lab” can test water quality, detect radiation and toxic gases, and stream live data through IoT dashboards.

Mentored by Mr. Sadekul Islam and Mr. Mosaddek Hossain, CEO of Kidzana, the project reflects Kidzana’s mission to nurture creativity and leadership through quality STEAM education.
