DU Cultural Society concludes workshop on pronunciation, presentation, and recitation
The University of Dhaka Cultural Society has successfully concluded its week-long workshop titled “Shuddho Uccharon, Upasthapona o Abritti Kormoshala 2025”, with the final session held recently on the university campus.
The eighth and closing session focused on presentation and news reading, conducted by Fayzullah Saeed, producer at Bangladesh Television (BTV) and a noted trainer in recitation and presentation. Participants received hands-on training and professional insights on effective news delivery, stage presentation, and vocal clarity.
The concluding ceremony was attended by Dr Rasheda Raonak Khan, faculty member of the University of Dhaka; Fayzullah Saeed; and cultural organiser and trainer Mojumdar Biplob. Speakers highlighted the importance of precise pronunciation and confident presentation in professional communication and cultural performance.
Organisers and participants expressed their appreciation for the workshop, noting that it provided a valuable platform for students to enhance their oratory and performance skills while contributing to the preservation and promotion of Bangla linguistic and cultural expression.
