​Four IUB Graduates Selected for AGO-UNDP Legal Internship

Four graduates from Independent University, Bangladesh have been selected for the highly competitive Legal Internship Programme jointly organized by the Attorney General’s Office of Bangladesh and the United Nations Development Programme.

​​The program offers a rare opportunity for a limited number of young law graduates to gain practical exposure to constitutional litigation, public interest law, and institutional legal processes at the national level. The internship is set to begin in March 2026.


​The selected graduates- Mst. Rafia Islam, Jannatul Mawa, Md. Rasel, and Zakaria Islam were chosen through a rigorous national selection and interview process.


​The graduates expressed gratitude to IUB’s School of Law for its research-oriented academic environment, strong mooting culture, and structured advocacy training, which helped develop their analytical and courtroom skills. They noted that the internship will allow them to better understand how legal institutions function in practice and strengthen their commitment to advancing the rule of law and access to justice in Bangladesh.
