Hult Prize at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) hosted a workshop titled “Youth, Innovation and Sustainability: Building Future Leaders for Impact,” with support from the HRM Department.

The workshop brought together students and young changemakers for discussions on leadership, innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship.

Speakers included National Coordinator of Hult Prize Bangladesh Md Aminul Islam, National Community Coordinator Md Abid Shaharia, and On-Campus Coordinator Rudranil Mondol.

Guest speakers Group COO of Creative Business Group Zia Uddin Mahmud and HR Executive at US-Bangla Group (Cartup) Hasan Mahmud Samrut shared industry perspectives and practical insights.

Organisers said the workshop aimed to connect academic learning with real-world experience and encourage students to pursue impact-driven initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The session concluded with a crest-giving ceremony.
