The Office of Career Guidance, Placement & Alumni Relations (CGP & AR) and the Independent HR Society (IHRS) of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) jointly organised an “On-Campus Interview Session,” conducted by NetCom Learning Bangladesh on Monday, 20 October 2025, at the Academic Success Center, IUB Library.

The initiative aimed to provide IUB students and fresh graduates with an excellent opportunity to engage directly with prospective employers and explore career prospects within the dynamic professional landscape of NetCom Learning Bangladesh. The session created a meaningful platform for students to showcase their talents and for recruiters to identify promising young professionals.

The event was graced by the Honorable Pro Vice Chancellor of IUB, Professor Daniel W. Lund, who made a short visit to the session. During his visit, he met with the employers from NetCom Learning Bangladesh, exchanged views on talent development and industry–academia collaboration, and appreciated the company’s efforts to engage with IUB graduates.

Through such initiatives, the CGP & AR office continues to strengthen its commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and professional opportunities by connecting students and graduates with leading organisations and facilitating their career growth.
