Organised by Bangladesh Scouts, under the Dhaka District Rover, the programme was more than a routine training course. It served as a practical launchpad for leadership, teamwork and personal growth—values that sit at the heart of the scouting movement.

Throughout the day, the IUB Rovers engaged fully with the sessions, sharpening essential skills and embracing new challenges with energy and curiosity. Their enthusiasm was evident, contributing to a vibrant learning environment and reflecting the strong spirit of service they bring to every initiative.

Beyond certificates and coursework, the experience focused on building character—developing resilience, responsibility and the confidence to contribute meaningfully to society. For the Rovers, it was another step forward in their journey of self-improvement and community leadership.
