Professor Dr Mirza Hasanuzzaman, a distinguished Professor of Agronomy at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), has been formally inducted as a fellow of The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) during its 17th General Conference, held in Brazil in 2025.

This prestigious award came with the bestowal of a special crest representing his exceptional academic achievement, innovative studies and broad-based contributions in global agricultural and environmental sciences.

Prof. Hasanuzzaman has added a new glory to his extraordinary academic accomplishments and global scientific research influence by being listed in the top 2% of scientists in the whole world.
