Stamford University Bangladesh has announced its Convocation 2025 is tentatively scheduled for November. The convocation will not only celebrate academic achievements but also mark a significant milestone as students step into the next phase of their professional and personal journeys.

This year’s convocation is open to undergraduate students from Batch 53 to Batch 76 and postgraduate students from Batch 61 to Batch 82. To ensure convenience, the university has introduced an online registration system alongside in-person registration at the Registrar’s Office on the Siddheswari Campus. The deadline for registration has been fixed for 15 October 2025.

As part of the registration requirements, students must submit three recent passport-sized colour photographs, either by upload or in person. Registration fees have been structured to accommodate different categories: Tk9,000 for single-degree graduates, Tk10,000 for double-degree graduates, and Tk8,000 for those opting for participation only. An additional refundable deposit of Tk1,000 will be charged for the convocation gown.

Graduates will also have the opportunity to share the joy of the ceremony with their families, as each participant may invite up to two guests, restricted to parents or spouse, for a fee of Tk1,000 per guest.
