The fifth chapter of “Elevate Bangladesh: The Hult Prize Campus Organisers’ Workshop” was held on January 17, 2026, at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries, University of Chittagong.

The workshop was organised by Hult Prize at the University of Chittagong, aiming to strengthen leadership capacity, innovation skills and organisational excellence among campus organisers engaged in social entrepreneurship.

Md Aminul Islam Sharif, national coordinator of Hult Prize Bangladesh and former campus director of Hult Prize at the University of Chittagong (2024–25), attended the programme as a key speaker. He shared insights on leadership development, strategic execution and the evolving landscape of social entrepreneurship in Bangladesh.

Tanvir Anjum Shovon, research and innovation secretary of the Chittagong University Central Students’ Union (CUCSU) and former national coordinator of Hult Prize Bangladesh (2024–25), also addressed the session, highlighting the importance of research-driven innovation in creating sustainable and impactful initiatives.

The event brought together organisers from Hult Prize programmes of several universities across Chattogram, including BGC Trust University Bangladesh, International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Asian University for Women and Premier University. Their participation added diverse perspectives and enriched the interactive discussions.

The workshop served as a dynamic platform to equip campus organisers with essential leadership, innovation and organisational skills, reinforcing Hult Prize Bangladesh’s commitment to youth leadership development and strengthening the national network of social innovators.

The initiative is being led by Campus Director Khaled Mahmud Onik, alongside Chief of Staff Kazi Muhaiminul Islam Munaj and Chief Strategist Karin Saffana, with support from the organising committee of Hult Prize at the University of Chittagong 2025–26, to ensure the successful execution of the programme.
