Role description
The ICAM Volunteer will support Oxfam’s communications efforts by:
- Documenting impact stories
- Organising and archiving communication materials
- Managing knowledge resources
- Assisting with content creation for social media
This role contributes to showcasing Oxfam’s work in economic inclusion, justice, and related areas.
Candidate requirements
Applicants should:
- Be recent graduates in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognised university
- Possess basic skills in photography, videography, or content creation
- Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling abilities in both English and Bangla
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Be familiar with social media tools and basic performance tracking
- Commit to Oxfam’s values, feminist principles, and safeguarding standards
