The Startup World Cup Bangladesh 2025 concluded with a remarkable showcase of the nation’s entrepreneurial talent. From over 4,500 registrations, 282 teams advanced past Round 1, 62 teams competed in the semifinals, and 15 outstanding teams reached the grand finale.

Organised by the Department of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (DIU) and Bangladesh Venture Capital Ltd, in partnership with Pegasus Tech Ventures, USA, the event aims to nurture and support the future leaders of Bangladesh.

After an intense competition among 15 innovative startups in the grand final, Team Robo Life was declared champion. Team WeGrow secured second place, while Team Rocket Wave achieved third place.

The champion will represent Bangladesh at the Global Grand Finale in San Francisco on 17 October 2025, competing for a US$1 million investment prize. The top ten startups from Bangladesh will also showcase their innovations on the global stage, highlighting the country’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.
