Keanu Reeves is officially returning as the world’s deadliest hitman in a newly announced ‘John Wick’ video game from Saber Interactive.
Revealed during Sony’s February State of Play presentation, the currently untitled project will feature Reeves’ voice and likeness, marking a significant collaboration between the studio, Lionsgate and franchise director Chad Stahelski.
The game is set within the established John Wick timeline and will tell an original story that expands the series’ intricate underworld lore. Players can expect appearances from familiar characters alongside brand-new faces created specifically for the interactive experience.
According to Saber Interactive, the title aims to faithfully recreate the franchise’s signature style, including its distinctive ‘gun fu’ combat, cinematic camerawork and high-intensity driving sequences.
While an official title and release date have yet to be confirmed, the game is planned for PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. The announcement has already generated excitement among fans eager to step directly into Wick’s polished shoes. With Reeves reprising the role in full, the project promises to deliver an experience designed to make players feel as though they are starring in their own John Wick film.
